Ray Maxwell – not very efficient as President of the Cleveland County (NC) Beekeepers Association. He doesn’t have the courtesy to reply to phone voicemails or even replying to a simple text messages. This is a disservice to the community of whom he supposedly represents. Disappointing to say the least.
